DGFT DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE
DGFT Digital Signature Certificate is basically a Class 2 Digital Signature specially for EXIM Organizations who are having Import Export Code(IEC) in India. DGFT Digital Signature can ONLY be Issued to Organization with ONLY Signing Certificate. IEC Code is mandatory to obtain a DGFT Digital Signature Certificate. Using DGFT DSC, Users can save upto 50% of License Fees on DGFT Website. DGFT DSC is safe, reliable, time saver and friendly way to communicate with DGFT Website.
DGFT DSC can be obtained by any authorized person on behalf of his organization by submitting required documents and verification. An organization must have IEC Code provided by DGFT Department and must have IEC Certificate.
DIGITAL SIGNATURE CERTIFICATE
A digital certificate or a digital signature certificate(DSC) is a digital record of credentials of an individual or an organization. It verifies the ingenuity of an entity involved in an online transaction. DSCs come in handy during online transactions including e-filing of income tax return, e-tendering, online monetary transactions etc. over the internet. They are also used during an exchange of confidential information through e-mails to ensure security and originality of the information as well as its sender.
TYPES OF DSC :
CLASS 2 DIGITAL SIGNATURE
This signature is used for IncomeTax Returns e-filing, MCA 21 & ROC, LLP, TDS Certificates, VAT Returns, ePF Claims.
CLASS 3 DIGITAL SIGNATURE
This signature is used for MCA21, ROC, Income Tax, DGS & D, Northern Railway, IRCTC, e-Tendering, Trade Mark, e-procurement and other departments & organizations.
DGFT DIGITAL SIGNATURE
This can be used for Importers & Exporters. Digital Certificates for the importer and exporter community can be used to securely.
